Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your excursion. After that, a 50% charge may apply. No-shows are charged in full.

If conditions are unsafe (very rare in Marrakech), we reschedule for free or offer a full refund. Light rain does not cancel activities.

Yes. All activities are led by certified guides with full safety briefings. Quality helmets, goggles, and protective gear are provided. Routes are carefully chosen.

Closed-toe shoes, comfortable clothes you don't mind getting dusty, sunglasses, sunscreen. For evening excursions, bring a light jacket. We provide all necessary equipment.

We strongly recommend travel insurance for any adventure activities. We have safety measures in place, but insurance provides additional peace of mind.

Absolutely. Animal welfare is a priority. Our camels are well-fed, regularly rested, carry light loads, and are checked by veterinarians. We follow ethical tourism practices.

We collect you from any hotel, riad, or Airbnb in Marrakech city. Share your address when booking and be ready 5 minutes before pickup time. Air-conditioned vehicles.

Agafay is a rocky stone desert with dramatic open landscapes, 45 min from the city. Palmeraie is a palm oasis just 15 min away, offering shaded trails. Agafay is best for sunset/dinner experiences; Palmeraie for shorter rides.
