1. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings are made via WhatsApp and are considered binding once confirmed by our team. Upon receiving your booking request, we will send a confirmation message within 24 hours. Your booking is not guaranteed until you receive written confirmation from us.

By submitting a booking, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or have parental/guardian consent) and that the information provided is accurate and complete.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed on our website are approximate and quoted in Euros (EUR). Payment can be made in EUR, USD, GBP, or Moroccan Dirham (MAD) at the prevailing exchange rate on the day of the excursion.

Payment is accepted on the day of the activity or in advance via bank transfer. Specific payment requirements, if any, will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation.

3. Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change. Our cancellation terms are as follows:

  • More than 24 hours before: Free cancellation, full refund if prepaid.
  • Within 24 hours: 50% cancellation fee applies.
  • No-shows: Full charge applies.
  • Bad weather: If we cancel due to unsafe weather conditions, you will be offered a free reschedule or a full refund.

4. Changes & Modifications

Date and time changes are free of charge when requested more than 24 hours before the scheduled excursion, subject to availability. Changes to activity type are subject to availability and any price difference.

We reserve the right to modify excursion itineraries due to weather, safety concerns, or operational requirements. In such cases, we will offer a comparable alternative or a refund.

5. Hotel Pickup

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete hotel or accommodation address at the time of booking. Our driver will wait a maximum of 10 minutes at the designated pickup location.

If you are not present after 10 minutes and have not communicated a delay via WhatsApp, we cannot guarantee your place on the excursion and the booking may be treated as a no-show.

6. Safety & Liability

All participants must follow the instructions of guides and activity leaders at all times. Failure to comply with safety instructions may result in removal from the activity without refund.

Agafay & Palmeraie Adventures is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during excursions. Participants are responsible for securing their own valuables.

Any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or disabilities that may affect participation must be disclosed at the time of booking. We reserve the right to refuse participation if we believe there is a safety concern for the individual or the group.

7. Insurance

Agafay & Palmeraie Adventures holds appropriate liability insurance for all activities offered. However, we strongly recommend that all participants have personal travel insurance that covers adventure activities, medical emergencies, and trip cancellation.

8. Age & Health Requirements

Age and health requirements vary by activity and are specified on each excursion page. It is the responsibility of parents or guardians to ensure that minors meet the requirements for their chosen activity and to supervise them at all times.

Participants must be in reasonable physical health to undertake their chosen excursion. If you are unsure whether an activity is suitable for you, please contact us before booking.

9. Photos & Media

Our team may take photographs and videos during excursions for marketing and promotional purposes on our website, social media, and other channels. By participating, you consent to this use.

If you prefer not to be photographed or wish to have images removed, please inform your guide at the start of the activity or contact us at any time to opt out.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and design — is the copyright of Agafay & Palmeraie Adventures and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, or use without prior written permission is prohibited.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Marrakech, Morocco.
